Jerseys on Litbuy: Version, Patches and Getting the Details Right
Straight answer: jerseys are all about matching the right version — fan vs player issue, the correct season, and accurate names, numbers and patches — because those specifics are what a jersey buyer actually cares about, and they're exactly what a rushed order gets wrong. Confirm the version with the Weidian seller before you paste the link into Litbuy.
First decide fan versus player (authentic) issue, since they're built differently. Fan versions use a looser cut and thicker, more breathable mesh; player versions run slimmer and lighter with heat-pressed details. They fit differently, so this choice affects sizing before you even open the chart. Player-issue jerseys in particular tend to run tight and short — size up if you're between sizes or want a relaxed fit.
Get the specifics locked down:
- Season and kit: home, away or third, and the exact year — sponsors and designs change annually, so confirm you're buying the season you want.
- Name and number: if you're adding a player name and number, confirm the font and lettering style match that league's official set, and double-check spelling in your Litbuy note.
- Patches: league or competition patches, sleeve badges and sponsor logos should be correct for that season. Ask whether patches are included or cost extra, and whether they're sewn or heat-pressed.
At QC, look at the crest and sponsor logo for clean edges and correct colours, check that numbers and letters are applied straight and fully bonded (no lifting corners on heat-pressed detailing), and confirm the collar and trim colours match the season's design. Stitching on badges and the fabric weave density are good tells for batch quality. Ask your QC note to photograph the front crest, the back name/number, and any sleeve patches square-on.
Reading a good Weidian jersey seller: they clearly state fan or player version, name the season, show real photos of the exact kit and patches, and answer questions about lettering and badges without deflecting. A store that's vague about version or only posts stock images is a reason to compare other listings of the same jersey on the spreadsheet — the price gap often maps to fan-vs-player or patch inclusion.
Available versions, patch options and pricing change with each season and restock, so treat the live Litbuy listing and the seller's current reply as authoritative over an older spreadsheet entry, and spell out every customisation detail in your order note.
